Rhiannon joined Crain Management Company with 16 years of multi-family experience. She has worked in various positions throughout her career such as Leasing, Property Manager, Regional Trainer, Area Manager, Regional Manager, and Chief Operations Officer. She has overseen a wide range of assets from conventional to affordable developments from class A to class C and has experience implementing value-add renovations and repositioning properties. Outside of work Rhiannon enjoys spending time riding bicycles with her family.
James joined Crain Management Company with 20 years of experience in the multi-family industry performing maintenance. He is responsible for project management, budget control, soliciting bids from vendors for capital improvement projects, and oversight of the daily property maintenance operations. James enjoys going to the lake with his family and woodworking during his free time.
Jack joined Crain Management Company with 10 years of small business experience in the real estate, hospitality, and insurance industries. From staff level positions to management and ownership roles Jack has always taken the lead with his passion for the startup of new businesses and the enhancement of operational systems of existing businesses. Jack has had a long partnership with ACMC founder Graham Crain and that strong relationship is a major part of what makes Jack’s Chief of Staff role at ACMC such a good fit. When Jack is not working he is gardening or exploring something new.
