THE SMALLEY SEED

The anchor to McPherson's downtown business district is this historic building originally used for a family-owned feed and seed store. Fully renovated and restored by Anderson-Crain Investment Group in 2017 for professional office and medical clinic use. The open floor plan of this historic building listed on the Register of Historic Kansas Places has remained mostly unchanged and serves as a premier example of an adaptive reuse project in rural central Kansas.
